We are so excited to have industry vet Wes Hayden join us as our new CEO. His experience with Genesys, LiveOps and Nuance will definitely be beneficial as VHT continues to develop its conversation strategies that add the personal touch to self-service.
Wes is no stranger to VHT. He’s been consulting with us for about a year, and he was actually with Genesys when we began our partnership in the mid-2000s.
